Job Description:-
- Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Designing & implementing sales plans and new store concepts to generate increased sales for the achievement of revenue targets.
- Coordinating the in-store promotional activities for new releases & special products.
- Retail store management and maintaining high standards of customer service
- Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
- Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
- Determines marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records.
- Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing the program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Converting potential clients for business mileage.
- Finding the gaps within the market for extra mileage in business.
- Filling gaps in local procurement.
- Providing delivery on time.
- Collect payment from all takeaway clients.
- Ensure error-free operations throughout the day.
- Monitoring entire supermarket operations, and will capture new productive clients for additional business mileage.
- We need to convert new clients from different locations.
- I need to drive meats sales from local supermarkets.
- All parameters will be carried out with the coordination of team members.
- Stocktake and accountability will be carried out with the coordination of team members
- Converting institutional customers. Salary: Nett USD 1500 Per Month
